London Integrated Health offers diagnostic techniques and targeted health screens in cooperation with The Diagnostic Clinic:

Stress, health and performance

  • Chronomedical assessment, that measures and assesses the impact of stress on your health, ageing process, sleep quality and performance. The process includes:
  • History taking by a doctor
  • Emotional health and wellbeing assessment
  • 24-ECG to measure heart rate variability and to match these measurements to individual activities
  • Coaching session by a Dr. Gruenewald to advice you on life style, emotional management, sleep hygiene, heart rate variability training and/or other therapeutic interventions (such as natural food state supplements, anthroposphic medicine)
